Proprietary biodegradable water treatment technology at a fraction of current industrial water treatment cost
Membrainable replaces costly, centralized water treatment with a proprietary biodegradable molecular separation platform that enables selective salt recovery and on-site water reuse at ~CAD 2 per m³. We cut treatment costs by more than 50%, unlock valuable mineral recovery, and turn wastewater from a liability into an asset.

Our Vision Forward

Membrainable is at the forefront of membrane separation technology tailored for heavy industries.
Existing solutions are expensive, non-selective, and fail to enable cost-effective on-site reuse, creating both margin pressure and regulatory risk for operators.
Since our inception in 2026, we have been committed to providing environmentally sustainable and cost-effective solutions that redefine water reuse and enhance fracking operations.
Innovation
Innovation in membrane technology defines cost-effectiveness of water treatment.
Reverse osmosis is no longer the gold standard. High energy demand, fouling, and extensive pre-treatment make RO costly and less practical for complex oilfield wastewater.
Modern membrane technologies — ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and forward osmosis — offer flexible, energy-efficient, and selective removal of salts, organics, metals, and hydrocarbons. They handle highly variable wastewater streams better than traditional methods.
Next-generation membrane systems such as Membrainable reduce energy use, minimize chemicals, and integrate easily with zero-liquid discharge strategies, making them the smarter, more sustainable choice.
